That is almost a philosophic subject..
I would say that it is mostly about work-moral and the individual disposition towards a task.
for some it will be painful to stop working on a project.
Others couldent care less, and others even would say that they benefit from pausing a project, so as i ee it, it is totally individual in nature, and there are no rules
