For some reason, when I try to sing on my songs, they don’t sound as I want them to, I’ve already tried adding vocal presets and it still hasn’t done nothing. I have been told to get an audio interface and a condenser mic but I’m still not sure. Any recommendations or should I just wait till I can get more equipment?

If you cant sing equipment needed is an autotuner. Even next to tone-deaf 'singers' can end up sounding 'amazing' after autotune

Don't worry, the first experiences aren't the best ones. Don't stress and try different methods. On top, don't forget that there is autotune which can help a lot. However, don't exagerate with it either.
