Is there any way to arrange music tunes like these?

I'm trying to understand how the keyboard works and how scales and things. The problem is that the tunes in the scales seem much different from what I'm trying to replicate. Any lead regarding that would be appreciated.

The first 12 seconds of the melody is what I'm trying to replicate. The melody seems following very different tune of the keyboard of what LMMS default does has.

That is an advanced melody with a lot of fast undulating note-figures. If you are unfamiliar with scales, and how notes outside (sharps) can be used safely in some circumstances, i would find a less ambitious project. Afaic tell the scale is minor and the key is D#
So D#m
But at leat one sharp, perhaps even 2 is used, inline Eg not in the key-signature, but at place for specific note. An advanced melody.

Oh, then I'd need to select an easier melody to go. Can vocals be translated into piano music?
I wish to get vocals of this song : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wK6Hrqu7LMo from 1:05 to 2:15 into the piano. Is this an easier one to start with?

I was thinking of going with : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhfG7n6ClT8 (first 40 seconds), but the instrumentals here are confusing...

If not, then do you have examples of easy songs please??

Kind of, but you have to buy an abbo and i do not know how good the quality is, but there are several web-services that claim to be able to do that using AI
But why not find something easy and free to start out with, before you venture into paid plans and difficult music.
Take a song that has known scale and key, but do not look at that before you have made your attempt to find those. That would be a good execize
Try something from Beatles or similar well known material.
Certainly! To replicate the melody, identify the key and scale (likely C major), note intervals, practice in sections, experiment with LMMS instruments, explore chords, and transpose if needed. Train your ear by listening repeatedly. With practice, you'll capture the essence of the original tune. Scales set the vibe, you know? Checked out the video – nice choice! If LMMS isn't quite hitting the right notes, maybe tweak the scale settings or even try a different virtual instrument.
