Plugin not found

I have been 'playing' with LMMS to get to know the program.
First I have downloaded version 1.2.2 and experimented a bit.
Later on I was curious about what version 1.3.0 would be; I downloaded that version too and experimented. Maybe that was where things began to go wrong ;-(

I have removed version 1.3.0 and reloaded 1.2.2, to start again with a 'clean sheet'. That was what I thought.
But now, when I try to load an older song, I get the error message "The plugin "midicontrollers" wasn't found or could not be loaded! Reason: "Plugin not found."
And the program hangs; I have to go to the task manager to close it.

What is wrong here? Does anyone have tips, waht to do about this?

As you can see i enhanced

Thát is where your issue comes from.
It is very common issue that user-files saved in an newer program-version cant be opened in an older version of a program.
Only if nothing has been changed in the newer program, an older version would be able to open such a file.

Your 1.3 LMMS saved project cant be opened in a 1.22 version of LMMS, you will need LMMS 1.3 installed before you can open that 1.3project. -Incidently, LMMS is one of the very few programs that will open projects made more than a decade ago ..
I know that wont help you, but That is pretty unique
