Xpressive does not change sound when i change waveform

Anything that doesn't fit into other topics goes here!
I now use LMMS 1.3.0 Alpha, i was hoping to get Architecture, or SliceT, but i got Xpressive instead, and ONLY Xpressive.
Even though i change the waveforms, it doese'nt change the sound 😭

You need Nightly for newer features, but Nightly is experimental, not production ready,

Waveforms are essential all Sine, all waveforms are result of overtone modulations of Sine.
The closer to Sine the less change will be the result. That can be the reason that you do not feel that there is any change, but if you inspect the output in a oscilloscope you will see a changed waveform, even though you cant hear any change.
(I explain a bit of that in one of my zasfx videos about getting sharper output, because sine creates a soft output
Xpressive is a difficult generator to use, you need to read the documentation, and know sound-synthesis maths on a fairly high level
