Was working fine, but now I can't hear any notes. And no, it wasn't muted using Ctrl+Middle Click, it's green, not grey.

Sound backends can 'lock-up' if you use a filter phaser or other plugins, especially in combinations. You may be able to re-instate sound again , by disabling filters you have activated, but sometimes a restart is needed.
In some circumstances the output is there, but not is not audible. That should be avoided! -Because those frequencies can damage your hearing!
On the obvious angle of things make sure Instrument not muted and Velocity not 0.
