My track won't play in song editor

I am a new user, and I am confused. In song editor, I added my piano or sound effect track that I recorded. The problem is, when I left-click to place where I want my track to go, it is gray and it doesn't make any sound. My bass works perfectly fine and it has a color. What is wrong? (I use the 1.2.2 windows version)

Replying for the updates. I am also facing the same issue and I am looking for the solution online and I was so happy when I found your post but it makes me sad when I can't find solution over here. When I was searching for a site online, I also found casinosanalyzer website where I found online casino amazon pay sites with reviews and I took an interest in that website because I want to play online real money games but I can't find those sites where I can play those games. I am also aware of fake casino gaming sites and that is why I don't want to get scammed by those websites.

Instead of trying to understand exactly what you have tried to do, could i ask you to watch a small'ish introduction video?
