Variable Standard pitch tuning

In a great number of electronic musical instruments, the standard pitch can be assigned ( ie: 440 hz, or 432 hz )
in LMMS there appears to be no such ability, is this a simple software tweak, or something heavy?

There are options for pitch
You can set the Master-picth, and you can also set pitch on all instruments GUI
Third dial from left set the pitch
Observe that the RANGE connects to pitch and allow a spread of the semitones. It is easy to understand when you turn the PITCH dial and alter the RANGE
