Some LADSPA effects not doing anything (Win32)

I've noticed that 0.4.12 has introduced a set of new LADSPA effects compared to the old versions. (At least they're new on the win-32 build.) The thing is, many of them don't seem to actually do anything. Turn knobs, tweak this, tweak that, etc. and nothing happens to the sound on an instrument or in an FX channel. Are there some dependencies that are missing in the Windows version? Or are they just placeholders? It seems all the "older" effects which came with previous versions do work.

njeaj.. some are of not so high quality.. well are bad, actually, but a handful of the new LADSPA's are exelent! Especially the new filters are really good. I just think you should disregard the baddies and enjoy the new goodies.
