why can't i find no "lmms mods", if lmms is open source

LMMS mods are called Themes. There are a lot of themes for versions <=1.22, but few for 1.3, propl because 1.3 is constantly changed, so no themes would 'fit' release-Nightly.
Beside that there are personal repos, where some devs has added features that never was included in Master, These versions are however not consistent with Master, and not actively maintained.
