When I'm using LMMS and I'm going to open a folder or save a file, LMMS starts to increase RAM usage enormously and crashes the entire computer. I noticed in some comments that this problem has happened before with some users. I've tested several versions of LMMS and have already contacted the Linux team I use to check if it wasn't a problem with their system and if the problem is actually directly with LMMS. Below is some additional information to help you with the bug.

My Distro Linux: Biglinux https://www.biglinux.com.br/

My version of lmms: 1.2.2 remembering that I have already tested the other versions as well

And that include off AppImage?

Yes! I have also tested the appimage version and some forks and the problem persisted.

I would like you to remove all traces of LMMS, make sure nothing is left behind, then make sure all in your distro is fully upgrated, finally retry off AppImage 1.22.
10000th of users can run LMMS, why you get issue with Big-linux, i cant say, but at least all has been tried. -Well almost all, because you should contact your packMan for Big-linux, and explain the problem. They may be able to advise you!

I followed all the steps you described and the problem really persists, as I mentioned the problem is not BigLinux because the creator of the system has already checked my computer directly and found no problems in the system, I noticed that there is a large number of topics from users with this same problem that has not been solved and they use different versions of the system, I will close here because from what I understand there is still no clear solution, thank you very much for the answer. =)
