why can't i find no "lmms mods", if lmms is open source

like, i've searched a lot for lmms mods (for curiosity), and i never found one, if anyone know a "lmms mod", can you share with me
LMMS mods are called Themes. Beside that there are personal repos, where some devs has added features that never was included in Master, These versions are however not consistent with Master, and not actively maintained.
