You need an oscilloscopeVST but if you have that you can set the RANGE to 1 and use PITCH to finetune an instrument
RANGE & PITCH are both on the default Instrument UI

If you're into weird tunings and feeling brave you could try out the nightly version as it has microtonal support (if you can figure out how to configure it, I can't). Disclaimer: the projects you save with nightly can only be opened with nightly.

Cant recommend Nightly for real producing. It is really experimental sometimes

That sounds frustrating! Sometimes resetting configurations or reinstalling can fix issues like that. Have you checked the LMMS forums for any known bugs related to your version? Hope you get it sorted soon! As a student with a limited budget, I was looking for affordable thesis writing services without compromising on quality. After researching online, I found Academized service, which we can find at https://academized.com/cheap-thesis and decided to try their cheap thesis service. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and detailed the thesis turned out to be. The writer understood my topic and worked closely with me to meet all the requirements. If you're looking for a cost-effective solution for your thesis without sacrificing quality, Academized is the way to go!

If you ask if Nightly can use VST3, the answer is no. To use vst3 In windows You need Element by kushview for windows as a bridge in windows.
