I use chrome os and the Linux terminal, I installed wine, vestige is there, whenever I try to load a plugin, it just freezes for a minute and when it starts working again the plugin isn't loaded (yes I know I can't use vst3 files, i've tried elemental but that freezes it too)

Did you choose to load the plugin windows without an api or no borders, or did you try to load an OS native vst into a Windows lmms?

Doubt Chrome-OS works ok with WINE. I have never experimented with Chrome-OS. It would be helping us if someone with insight in Chrome chimed in and gave us insight in their experience with Chrome-OS.
That said, LMMS support is only guaranteed for Windows and Linux. There is a MAC version, but that is limited, and has some issues, especially with VST.

Besides that, since you are new in Forum

Whoops! Should've known that Chrome OS isn't simply Linux anymore!!!!! Tread carefully, though...
