Audio distorts a few sec every 60 sec, playing song in LMMS!

Have anyone else had this problem? The Audio distorts every 60 seconds for a few seconds as the CPU usage spikes. Did not occur in until v0.4.10/11/12.

Is there a solution or is v0.4.9 the best version?

0.4.12 is the best solution. the isue is from the autosave, and in 0.4.12 you will only have the isue in edit-mode, whitch is anoing, but manageable, not in playback/export, whitch is the important thing.
