Cannot figure out how to change the language of interface on Windows, can someone advise please?

P.S. During installation the program automatically set the program's interface language to the language of OS without any options to change it . I find it at least strange.

afaik lmms is set to find the default language of your computer, maybe try temporarily changing your windows install to the language
that you want lmms to be then reinstall lmms and change your windows install back to your preferred language.

actually i think the 'GIMP-method' will work on lmms too
In the instakllation there is a folder named 'locale'
Here all the languages that lmms is meant to use lies in .qm files.
The trick is to duplicate the folder with the preferred language, say english
rename the file with the unwanted language to like OLD.._.qm
Now take the copy of the wanted language and rename it to the unwanted one -> qt_en_qm
-to say 'spanis' -> qt_es.qm
Now when lmms start it will load the region specific file (spanish) but the content of this file will infact be english!
This works perfectly on GIMP. i do not know if you can swing it with lmms, but give it a try :p

Musikbear, the previous receipt looks somewhat simpler and fortunately it worked OK, but thanks for the helping anyways!

I tried the method described by Musikbear and ti works perfectly!
It's easy to do and you don't have to mess with intallation/reintalltion wich takes much more time...

Hi there I'm on the version 1.1.3 and I can't seem to change the language in the general settings.
How do you get the section of languages?

Have you tried either of the described solutions?
They also works in 1.1.3
All the language-definitions are in the folder:
..\\data\\locale

What language do you want? LMMS cant do any language :p
