Hello,
I'm a new user of LMMS and I had an Apple computer but no more. Though, I've all the GarageBand Loops. Can I import them in LMMS or they are now useless ?
Thanks for answering.

all the GarageBand Loops. Can I import them in LMMS

That depend on what type of files they are. LMMS supports

  • wave
  • ogg (lossy)
  • ds
  • flac

If your GarageBand files are any of these, you ought to be able to use them, but some files are amended with special header-codes, that makes them useless in all other programs, that is often the case for game-music or effects, and also Karaoke-files can be 'protected' with DRM
It is easy to test your files. Just copy a handful into your LMMS-user-files, and open LMMS. In sidebar under My-Samples, you will see the files you copied. Right-click one and select open-in-songeditor, then just press a key. Good luck!
