Default midi note number - beat + bassline editor?

Hey,

What is the default - beat + bassline editor note?
It looks like a4...
Can it be changed?
Where is it changed?
I see the green square but don't know what that is for.

That green square has to do with the tuning of the instrument. I hope somebody else can explain this better.

If you look at ZynaddsubFX, you will notice the green square not to be at A4.

Move the square to change the transpose of the instrument. That'll change the pitch in the B&B editor.
