Hi!
I'm trying to use Carla-Rack and Carla-patchbay in LMMS.
When installing the latest version of carla-git + calf-plugins LMMS simply crashes after loading a plugin or playing a single note...
I've tried all versions in the repos, and I found this combination pretty much stable / usable!

But still have some issues.
In the calf-plugins the graphs disappear from the GUI (for example in EQ's and analyzers. With other versions of Calf, the whole GUI disappears after playing a note, and the graphs never show up)
Some plugins have no sound: amsynth among others. (Fabla btw works great!)

What puzzles me is that they work fine in a pretty much outdated AVLinux distro with LMMS 1.0.9!

I'm running debian 8 Jessie; a Casio MIDI Keyboard and a Korg nanoPAD2;
LMMS 1.1.3; (Alsa driver. I've tried Jack but the sound is awful...)
Calf-plugins-git 1:0.0.60 and Carla-git 2:1.9.5.
This is the most stable combination I could get, with other versions of Carla and/or Calf LMMS crashes constantly!

i believe carla is a wip. I know that some has had success with getting CALF studio-gears guis up and working, but it is a serious hazzle..i remember that jack was part of the solution. Im not sure that carla is enough, and a real linux wizard needs to take the baton from here, cause i only know and uses windows :p
