And what part is too loud? I don't hear anything thats too loud.

Ist called clipping, when an instrument surpasses the 0dB value in output. It creates distortion, and also loss of frequencies. In lmms you have clip, if the mixerchannel is in red area (visualizer graph ao mixer) Worst if Master clips.

Sounds to me the vu meter is too much in the red. The vid musickbear linked explains this.
