Importing lmms file into FL Studio 12?

I was wondering if it was possible to import an lmms file into FL Studio. If so, how do I do it?

what type of LMMS File? A sample? Project?

No, you can import some parts of FL-projects to lmms, but there is no lmms->fl conversion.
