Sometimes I want to insert notes somewhere in my music. Is it posible to move the notes and have the tempo move with them so I can insert the new notes without the tempo going out of sync with the notes I'm moving?

That would be hard to do. You would have to insert the tempo into an automation track.

If I am understanding the question right, if you change the drums / percussion too, you should be fine.
Other wise what Leche said.

How difficult would that be? I've never used automation tracks and I wonder if it'd be worth it, most of the times I leave them alone, since it's slow and not 100% accurate to do it manually.
Thank you

As far as I can tell, I would need to move all the tracks and then move all the "points" for the tempo, but I can't select all of them and drag them, so I would need to do it one by one and that would probably lead to errors in the placement.

Well it can run pretty fast, and you just follow the units in the automation editor.
You just go to the tempo, ctrl click, and drag it into the automation editor.
