I am unable to create an account on the sharing platform. Every time I attempt to it tells me that the user already exists, which I don't think is the case seeing as how I have attempted to make accounts multiple times using complete gibberish for the username. Cheers.

the portal was attacked a while a go. i doubt the db has been reestablished, so you have to wait.
