Exporting Tracks for Garageband/Logic Pro

I can't seem to find any information about whether I can export tracks for use in Logic Pro (or Garageband, which would also suffice). Specifically, I am wondering if I can create beats in LMMS and have the ability to edit the track as a software instrument in either GB or Logic. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
