I'm kinda stupid with computers so could you explain in detail please? 
Step 1: Add an "automation track" (a blue graph looking button in the song editor)
Step 2: Hold control, and then click and drag the tempo into the automation track
Step 3: Double click on the automation you just made, and change the value by clicking and dragging on the red dot
