LMMS songs Fuzzy and Distorted

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Sometimes when I play my songs within the lmms song editor, the song is not smooth and clear. I'm not sure what makes this happen, but I think it is when I have too much playing at the same time. The only way I've found to sort of fix this is when I turn down the master volume, but I like to keep that at 100%. It's strange because in the exporting process, (I'm not sure which setting it is, but) if I have the settings correct, it comes out smooth in the .wav file. But if I upload that smooth audio file to soundcloud, it sounds exactly how it did in the lmms song editor, staticy and distorty.

Here is a link for example: https://soundcloud.com/test-941960423/test

Is there a fix for this other than turning down the master volume? This has kind of been bothering me for a while and I've been searching around and couldn't find anything to help me. Thanks in advance.

Yes, but First Welcome to the forum Poptifish! , For you all important links:

The 'fix' is not to allow any instrument to 'go red' in mixer

Here i show you how to allocate individual tracks to own mixer channels, and how to avoid that the overshoot the 0 dB limit, eg go 'red'.
Other ways is to use limiters or compressors, but you can read about that in the wiki. First make use of the mixer, and keep everything in green.

I'll look at all this later, when I have the time, thanks!
