There is as such not any native setup to control multiple cutoff dials from one dial, but you can 'wing' it :)
Add a muted dummy instrument and use the muted instrument cut-off-dial as master-dial:
You drag any number of live-dials into the master-dial, and the master-dial, will now control all the in-dragged dials.
This kind of dial chaining can very difficult to understand later, so i recommend that you use the notes and make detailed description of what you have connected to other dials :)
The master-dial can btw be automated
