File type issue when saving presets

Hi guys,
I installed Cubase 7 LE on my computer a while back, and ever since, when I try to save a preset from a VST in LMMS, it only gives the option to save it as a .fxp file (the type supported by Cubase), rather than .xpf. Any ideas as to how I can solve this?

Have to ask you if you save with the right-most button

The grey save-preset, or if it is from inside the VST?
