Hi!

I've only just gotten LMMS and am excited to use it. However, there's been an immidiate problem. I try changing the settings from Dummy to something else and it tells me I need to restart in order for those to take effect. I do, and it forgets those settings soon as I reboot it. I know you have seen this problem posted here before, but I haven't been able to find a troubleshoot on this subject that works for Mac computers. Thanks!

LMMS does so when the audio driver you set was not available.
Does it do it with all the audio devices? Try them all until you find the right one.
If none is available, maybe you can try installing Jack.
