This is my rendition of the toccata from Charles Marie-Widor's Symphony no. 5 for organ. I wanted to see if I
could get LMMS to sound like the inside of a cathedral. Hopefully I came close.

That Widor's Toccata: I have been attempting to play the composition for quite some time! It's a tricky arpeggiated mind-blowing piece. I love your rendition, how did you synthesize that organ sound? I absolutely love this!

I am impressed, good job.
I do wonder if it would not sound better with a tad less reverb and or more cutoff on the notes. (messing with the envelop of the synth)
I am not really into classical music though.

Thanks. The organ sound comes from ZynAddSubFX. I initially used the 64ft Organ preset, but it was a little weak sounding, so I had to play around with EQ and compression (though I have to admit I'm still trying to get a handle on those). For the pedal (low bass) part, I had to further layer in two other instruments to give it that low rumble sound.
At first, I tried to cut the reverb, but couldn't figure out how to do it, so I decided to leave it in. If this piece were played on a real pipe organ in a suitably large cathedral, there would be a tremendous amount of reverb anyway.
I'm glad you all enjoyed.
