The Hurricane

Hey guys!
I said a long time ago, that I would try the genre "Trap". After the song "Space Journey" I decided to make trap, because I mentioned it many times. So here I am, with a trap song. For the orchestral hits I used DSK Overture, a VST Plugin. I found good samples for orchestral hits, but they were in the wrong key. I am really satisfied with the drop. I am looking forward to Leche's (some told me, he is the king of trap :D) critic.

It was a really interesting experience, to look for other subgenres in the EDM universum. I think I will try in the future some crazy stuff like Hard Tech. Maybe, mabye sometimes again trap (brandy mentioned, I should try all crazy stuffs in trap :D,
so brandy, I'll have much to learn :D)

I have been doing six months music and I am surprised that I make such progress. Sometimes inspiration strikes, but I think that's normal. Would the 6 months younger ACYDE hear my current songs, I think he would be suprised.

Nice sounding! B)
But, I would have to say that at times the beat near the beginning doesn't match. Also, I would maybe call this song Hip Hop instead since it has no 808s A.K.A trap kicks, which give an identity to the trap genre. But really good song, otherwise! Great job. you've improved so much. Amazing.

That's a pretty nice track you've got there, I like what you did with the snare rolls and all. I must say, however, that it sounds like the whole thing has been lowpassed and it lacks a little oomph. But melodywise, it was TEEEEERIFFFIC

Oh thanks Lmmsguy :D
The lowpassing, well I don't know what causes this ;D

Yeah, if your drums have high ambient/unwanted noises, eq them individually. When I was listening to your track, I had to turn it WAY up to get that head bobbing feeling. But keep up the good work! God bless and good day

I'm not gonna lie, this is dope!

The crash in nicely added, the roll is perfect, the snare (still :P) needs to be a bit more solid, but otherwise it's epic.

It'd be nice to have a chorus not really just a beat, but hey you're new to trap.

8/10 :D

mrlmmsguy, I think it didn't need any lowpasses. You can't really tell a guy to change his song up just for your liking. :) I think it sounds good enough and it made me bob my head to it.

I wasn't suggesting lowpass. I was suggesting NOT lowpassing the whole thing. God bless and good day
