first -why do you use 0.4.10 ?
yes -exported wavefiles do have a lead-out of variated length. If you are to use loops made in lmms for like games or other similar usages you can trim the file size slightly down by removing this lead-out.
A program like Audacity
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
could do that
Use 'clip' in the edit menu.

First of all thank you for your replay ... I'm a musician and I use LMMS to make loops that will be processed by ardour. I already tried to cut the surplus in audacity but it did nor work for the following reasons:
First: I have a lot of loops to handle and I can not loose my time and sight analyzing precisely the spectrum of the loop in audacity in order to cut the surplus.
Second, even if the cut is very precise with audacity I need a loop very precise at the millisecond!
I was looking for a way to export files already perfectly cut so automatically that would ensure a perfect job.
Finally, you ask me why I use the 4.10 version: are there any other better versions than the 4.10?
You know, I started to use linux recently and I need some helpful advice.
Thank you again for your help....

yes -the current release is 0.4.13
there are some new filters and plugins in this version, and the piano-roll has more features to aid composing.
It however also have some issues in respect to cpu-usage
