Midi input: Is the Stuck Note Bug back?

Anyone remember the stuck note bug of 2014?
https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/865
Well, I may have run into a similar bug. Whenever I use midi input and press keys fast enough, they stack and a note gets stuck. I am not sure if this is the piano I am using (Casio CTK-810), but I am wondering if there is a fix for it. I checked Github and these forums for similar problems, I have not found much, I probably failed to look hard enough. I just wanted everyone to be aware of this issue, and I posted the link leading to the previous iteration of it in hopes of stopping anyone from confusing it with the original Stuck Note Bug.

Thanks.
Windows 10. unable to find service pack, version 1511, OS build 10586.218
Meanwhile, excuse me while I raid the LSP section of LMMS.
EDIT: I believe the cause is not LMMS, as I have later determined. I have tested this with VSTHost as well. The Piano, Casio CTK-810 has some sort of sticky key problem, where even though the key is released, the note either continues to play or results in being unable to play unless another key takes it's place. I am recording a video which proves this, at the time of this edit.
EDIT 2: Not long after the previous edit, I have determined I could free the key from it's silence by switching the Tone of the Piano (probably just pressing a key on the Numpad to begin with frees the key itself, as the Piano no longer sends a signal while switching Tones.)

So am i right in assuming that this issue is 'solved', or at least that its not a LMMS specific problem?

It is solved, and at the very least, is not LMMS-specific.
