I don't know because I don't listen to much prog house, but if I wanted to find out I would start by googling "progressive house" and listening to the first few results.

The "progressive" in progressive house is the fading in/out of layers of sounds over time. This is in contrast to the clear-cut transitions found in some other house genres. Progressive house tracks tend to have long breakdowns and buildups.
