Fedora 23: Unknown LADSPA plugin Reverb/Saturator requested

I'm using the official packages from the Fedora repository. I already had to add the missing Samples from the Source code (everything expect drumsynth). Now when I tried to load "SnareMarch.xpf" from the Kicker presets, I got the following errors:

Code: Select all

Unknown LADSPA plugin Reverb requested
and

Code: Select all

Unknown LADSPA plugin Saturator requested
So to me it seems like that the packaged version is incomplete (licensing issues?). How can I fix this? Can I somehow retroactively add the missing plugins or is it a mistake on my part?

Thanks!

Which name does it have?

Im not sure wheater fedora is updated. That can perhaps be clarified by a linux wizard :p, but one thing i do know is that the KX repository is recommended
http://kxstudio.linuxaudio.org/Repositories#Ubuntu
Most users that has had issues with linux, fix it with the KX version
BUT -
In your case everything works, am i right?
The only thing is that you are missing 2 plugins, and those may 'simply' been outdated, but we have tried to uphold backward compatibility, so i am a little puzzled about this error.
If the user that made the file you try to load, actually used some plugins that are not natively included, then it ofcause make sense, but then the file need to be removed from the project, and thats really why i asked for the file-name :)

For the actual plugins, there is a CALF-saturator, and a TAP-reverb. You should be good with those, but the project-settings are ofcause lost.

Do I understand that it's not a project you're talking about but just a preset for Kicker ?

The SnareMarch Kicker preset that came with my (LMMS 1.1.3 WIndows) install uses CALF Reverb and CALF Saturator and they're both installed as standard.
