I have tried to recover a file bu i can't and i don't know why. I need some help in trying to recover the file because i want to use it.
You do not tell us what recovery-file it is you have issue with
If you have read this thread, you should now know that there are .BAK files and there is the pure
recover.mmp(z). Since you are calling it 'recover' i assume that it
is the
recover.mmpz (?)
If you have had a crash, LMMS will keep the file named recover.mmpz in its system-folder.
When you have resolved from the crash, and reopen LMMS you will be presented with a popup, telling you that a recovery-file exists, and you are asked if you want to recover the project,
https://docs.lmms.io/user-manual/4-production/4.1
here you
must choose the option
recover.
If you chose 'ignore', then the file is imediately deleted and the project is gone!
For more please post your:
* Name of your
Operative System (Windows/ Linux/ Mac) And subtype (Home' 'Mint' '10.13' aso)
* lmms
version, and the
site where you got it from
