Error with VSTi detuning & slowing down when exported

Recently I have made a track with a VSTi. It sounds right when I play it in the song editor but as soon as I export it and play it the VSTi detunes and slows down.
Help would be appreciated.

lmms version?
vst name?
OS?
does all vst's (including those on the 'tested' :
http://lmms.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Tested_VSTs
list) behave like this?
It is a weird issue, and not general nor have i ever seen it or heard it mentioned by others

My Lmms version is 0.4.13 .
The VSTi is Tal NoiseMaker V 3.03 the version prior was tested and it worked.
My OS is Windows XP. And as far as I know this has never happened before ( but I have only just started using VST & VSTi so I wouldn't know.)

The VSTi is Tal NoiseMaker V 3.03 the version prior was tested and it worked
iow -its an issue with Tal NoiseMaker V 3.03, not lmms. I doubt theres a simple fix for this :/ and the conclusion would be that TAL 3.03 is not suited for lmms -im afraid
