The keyboard notes in Piano Roll are wrong

I'm new to LMMS, so sorry if this is a stupid question. When I play a C on the Organic keyboard, it is actually playing an F. Is there a setting that I have wrong on my setup? How do I fix this?

Also, Organic has multiple harmonic options as well, the knobs for that should be at the top. Make sure you check those too.
