That one is excellent, and it is not simple!
The part i can explain is these
Shapes: saw-wave in phase-mid-range
Filtering. This is very strongly Low-passed-filtered. I would also say that it has limited resonance, so that is the filter-settings.
EQ : is used to really enhance the deep areas, and to exclude higher areas
LFO...
Ouch
This is some clever stuff!
It sounds like a 'galloping' sound, but then it goes 'flat', and that happens very precise, and fast!
I wonder if an automation on the LFO could achieve that super sound, but how to make that, and with such precision..
Alternatively, it is the actual Hz oscillation, but that would be even more technical. That is simply just a masterpiece of sound engineering!
-and maby some high-end bass-synth like Massive
Write to him and ask :P

Sounds like it's got a pointy volume envelope, if ya know what I mean.
I'll see what I can do.

Okay. Here's the recipe. 3 saw waves in the triple osc. all Coarse detuned 24 semitones.
In both the volume and cutoff envelopes, turn the "hold" knob almost all the way off. turn down the decay knob a little.
Now, put on the 2x lowpass, set the frequency cutoff to 1Hz and the resonance to about 0.11. Adjust sustain and release knobs to taste.
Voila! It Sounds pretty similar.
God Bless and good day

Wooah! A
Goa Trance Bass.
Cool!
It seems you got alot of help here.
But, if you want, there's an Lmms user called
Erothynomus who makes Goa Trance music.
And some of his tracks, have a similar Goa type bass sound. Perhaps, he could help you there too.
