If it it possible, Could there be an export option that allows you to loop all instruments that have a long release and for it to blend with the start of the composition?

Like a cymbal crash that lingers when the song ends but gets cut out. So have this blend with the beginning of the song for export.

No, that is not possible. You will have to 'construct' the long release in a separate sound-recording, and use AFP

(LMMS has no recording features, only export :)
