Ok, i am using the peak controller in this project, when it is in operation there is crackling sound that you can hear, problem is this shows up when you export to wav.

I am sure some of you guys have seen this issue before and what do you think causes it and is there any solutions to this?

The reason is the movement of the dial, and it is increased by the frequency in the LP filter. Together that makes a nasty artefact :/
But you can use other sidechaining methods, that does not move the volume dial. Either the ones i suggests in this video

or you can use the one Umcaruje made a tutorial on, only last week. It does turn a dial, but it is in the compressor, so i dont think it will matter, but i did not test!

Thanks musikbear, i will try the first option with a side chain channel
