how to convert .BAK file into mp3. file
I tried to use audacity but it doesn't support this type of file.
Is it normal that the file is a .BAK?
How can I solve this problem??

a .bak-file is a backup-file for your lmms-project-file. That cant be converted to mp3.
What you need to do, is to export

-your project to preferably wave, which is lossless, and in Audacity you can then 'convert' (save as) that soundfile to the mp3-soundfile format.
