[Ubuntu 16.04] Two different VeSTige problems

Hello, guys!

A few months ago I had tried to install LMMS <some_version_in_kxstudio_repos> on my amd64 Ubuntu 16.04. I had done this successfully, but installing lmms-vst-full had'nt helped me to get working VeSTige. [and google had'nt helped me]

I regulary upgrade my programs, so my version is 1.1.3 nowadays.

Today I tried to compile the most actual and unstable version of lmms, that is in github repo.
I followed the instruction https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/wiki/Compiling-lmms.
(of course, I used Qt5)
I installed all dependencies including amd64-special.
Package wine-dev told me this thing:

Package wine-dev is virtual, its function is given by following packages:
  wine-rt-dev 2:1.8.0-1~xenial1
  wine1.6-dev 1:1.6.2-0ubuntu14
You need to explicitly specify which you want to install.

E: For a package «wine-dev» not found a candidate for installation

I installed wine1.6-dev.

After that i successfully installed lmms from git into speciefed directory.
And I started having in both lmms 1.1.3, lmms 1.1.90-8b96172 broken VeSTiges.

Exactly what i do:

• start lmms
• drag and drop VeSTige to Song Editor
• open VeSTige
• open .dll

lmms 1.1.3 when in terminal:

# there is no message when opening dll, after opening dll and when lmms is freezing

This version don't freezes.

How can I fix both of theese issues?

P.S. Wine wordpad works fine
P.P.S. dll i used were synth1 vst and synth1 vst 64

you are not the only person that has problems with ubuntu
I wonder if this different way for wine

And it doesn't work.
