Export to wav fails in beta 1.1.90

I thought the known bugs in export to wav files was fixed in the beta 1.1.9.0, but I installed, and while I can now get simple songs to export, I cannot get complex songs (multiple tracks). I am trying to export songs that have multiple midi tracks in them using the sf2 player and an attached soundfont. The export starts but exits prematurely during export. Anybody know of a work around of anykind?

They are -not- fixed, If they were, there would have been a release

But i have exported from 1.1.90, so a guess could be, that you accidently has chosen 'export between loopmarkers' ?
If not, i would like to see the file that you have this issue with, you can IM me a dl link, if you do not want it public
