Clicks at Start of Notes

First of all, hello there! I'm new here.
Nice to meet you all.

So, I just finished composing my first music (Yay! ), here goes it's link on SoundCloud:

If you give it a listen, you'll notce click sounds at the beginning of many notes. I don't know what caused it or how to make it go away.
I made the music using a few Triple Oscillators, and for the bass one kick01.ogg, a kick02.ogg and a hithat_closed01.ogg .

Here goes my specs:

OS: Ubuntu Studio 16.04.1 LTS
Kernel: 4.4.0-38-lowlatency
RAM: 4GB
LMMS: 1.1.3
Buffer size: ~3k
Audio Interface: ALSA

Pay special attention at the last part, where the clicks gets more noticeable.
There is no bass at the final part.

Hey, sorry for the delay, here is the final version. Tweaked attack on all TripleOscillators that were causing clicks, now all clicks are gone. Also, I made a little change at the end of the track.
