project with vsts freeze LMMS on loading

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
hello,

Sorry, I'm french and my english is bad, I'll try to be clear ;)

I am a Cubase user and I would like to migrate to LMMS because I found this is a awesome software!

Unfortunately, I use the Native Instruments Komplete. LMMS works perfectly with Komplete but LMMS crash when I load a project with some of them (whene the vst begins to load, the progress stop loading and LMMS freeze).

Here is the list of komplete vst I tested:

works well:
massive
FM8
Absinth 5

LMMS freeze loading:
battery 3
Kontakt 4

This two vst works with many of heavy samples. too heavy to load at start ?

I tested several possibility and several versions but the problem persists, what bothers me is that these VSTS load and work perfectly if I load when LMMS is running ! LMMS freeze only when i load a project with Kontakt or Batterie.

Is it possible to desactivate a VST and reactivate it after the project was loaded ?

Can you help me? Thank you!

EDIT1 - I use Win7 64 bits and LMMS 32 bits, and the 32 bits versions of kontakt and battery.
If you want reopen project you need to replace vst to other folder. For example from vstplugin to recovery. Then you open project file (you'll get error because plugin miss) and need to find your plugin in browser and add it again but you need to do it every time. LMMS have problems with samplers when big library is loaded.
This is not very convenient but it works indeed, thank you very much, I can use LMMS now :-)

An update of LMMS is expected to solve this problem?

Again thank you! ^ ^
Hi Loic,
I am trying to use Kontakt (nki/ncw files) into LMMS and ran into your posting. Could you please tell me which component you use to play those kind of files directly in LMMS? Are you loading them via the Kontakt Player and if yes where did you get it?
Thanks for your answer.
Hi christOphe !

I use kontakt full retail and VSTige in LMMS to use it :)

I get it in with komplete on NI website :

http://www.native-instruments.com/

The free kontakt player is on the website too,
Good luck ;)
Good thing I found this. :D
Bump.
