Trouble Installing LMMS on Fedora Core 17 x86_64

So ive been trying to install lmms on Fedora Core 17 x86_64, has anyone been successful on this particular platform?
I keep getting these errors when attempting to install from yum: Protected multilib versions: some_lib.i686 != some_lib.x86_64
