Can you specify, which part of the track the pluck is heard?
eg. 34 secs to 54 secs etc.

For Firestone basically the chorus from 1:47 to 2:21

For Sexual Healing it's at 00:40 to 1:16.

I'm talking about the one that sounds like a bell/xylophone/marimba

yes it is kind of marimba like
but it is a short square, with a little release
You can make something like that with all instruments, that has a square wave setting (eg all really..)

from 4:0 its all about Envelopes

Plucks has
* short attack
* short decay
* no hold
* tiny release
Add a LP-filter and experiment with RESO but watch your dB-peaks
