You already got some good advice on soundcloud. So I don't know what else to say, or add to it. :P
So all I can say is, for a first attempt, it sounds really good so far. So good work on that. :)

Sadly, screeches and the such are extremely hard to create without some high quality VSTs I.E Massive, Serum, Sytrus.

I must disagree with you, sir. Screeches are possible with ZASFX and such. Granted, it's a heck of a lot easier with commerical vst's but it's not impossible. For examples, check out the growls in my song, all 3xOSC https://soundcloud.com/mayostaccato/technical-knockout

Ittusigi has a dubstep sound Tut, he shows a screech, but it kinda goes a bit screechy, and hurts my ears.

Partially cuz im lazy, and don't know really sound design that well, could you find out how to make this Screechy pluck thing thats in 16th notes? https://soundcloud.com/pegboardnerds/luigis-mansion

Edit: These kinda screeches are the ones im looking for.

I've also already tried to make somthing like it, but failed.

This is the Screech itussigi made, there is a tutorial for it in the tutorials forum, however, Even after following the tutorial exactly perfectly I was still unable to replicate this screech effect, sadly
