QTCore4.dll is missing error, need help

I recently installed LMMS and launched the software. I closed it and came back to it to find this error, can I get some help resolving it?

please post your:
* OS (+service-pack-ver)
* lmms vers
* hardware specification (ram & soundcard is the most imortant)
* lmms sound device chosen
* if any -screenshots of error
